PAYMENTS:

I only accept credit cards through Paypal at this time.   A Paypal account is free and take just a minute to set up as well as being safe and secure way of purchasing online.  If you wish to use your credit card for payment, you can do so by going through the checkout and using Paypal where your information will be encrypted/protected/hidden!

Payment is due the *same day as purchase*. Thank you. :)

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I love doing custom orders and thrilled to be able to provide you with something that is made specially for you!  Custom orders are created/made in the order they are received & paid for, therefore, payment in full is due the day the "custom order" is placed (unless arrangements have been made with me beforehand), and before the actual work can begin.  Prompt payment will ensure that your custom order doesnt fall behind a newly placed custom order.  I work on custom orders 2-3 days a week, every week.

*IMPORTANT NOTE:  Once the work has begun on a custom order, changes can not be made to the design without starting over (and additional fees).  No refunds are provided on custom orders.

BRACELET RE-SIZING:

Most all my bracelets can be resized upon request.  Reductions on a ready-made bracelet are FREE.  The fee for enlarging the size of an already-made bracelet is $1.00 per size increase.

SHIPPING COSTS:

All items are shipped using USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.  Packages are shipped within 24-48 hrs of receipt of payment (except during holidays).   *International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.   A shipping upgrade to Priority Shipping Flat Rate is available for domestic packages for a cost of $5.00 (for up to 13oz).  Please contact me -BEFORE- checking out so that I can make the shipping cost adjustment in the listing for you.

INSURANCE: (For U.S. Domestic only)

*PLEASE READ:  I wish to strongly encourage you to insure your packages (within the US)!  Sadly, not all post offices around the country uphold the values of honesty, integrity and pride in one's work (and the personal property of others) so for the peace of mind it gives knowing they WILL be held responsible if they don't take great care of your package (and trust me, they DO take better care of insured packages over those that aren't insured).... it is worth the very small added charge!

(Insurance Cost: $1.80 and up based on declared value.  Example: Purchase value is $50.00 + $1.80 insurance <which will insure your $50 purchase> = $51.80 which you will pay when you check out).

ADD INSURANCE TO YOUR CART:

To have insurance added to your purchase order, simply contact me (-before- checking out) so I can create a special listing for you for the cost of insurance.  Then you simply add the special listing to your cart and check out when your ready.

*IMPORTANT:  I can not be held financially responsible for lost, and/or damaged/stolen items which were -not- insured, or items delivered per USPS Delivery Confirmation but to the wrong address because of Postal Carrier error.

POSTAL DELAYS (For International packages):

If an International package is not received within 14-20 days of purchase, please contact me.  Please Note: International packages can be held up in customs for days, months or longer, which I have no control over.   I respectfully ask that international buyers give their package a total of 12-18 weeks from the date the buyer was notified it was shipped before a replacement or refund can be issued.  I deeply apologize for this rather large inconvenience, but more times than not, the packages DOES eventually get to its destination, although very late!

PLEASE NOTE: Your items will be mailed to your Paypal address.  Please make sure your PayPal address is correct!  I will not be held accountable for packages sent other than the Paypal address, nor responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not insured.

RETURNS:

Refunds have never been necessary nor ever asked for.  Of course, if you are not happy with your purchase (custom orders excluded), I will gladly refund your money for the purchase price only.  Please make sure that items are returned in the same packaging and condition that it was received along with USPS Signature Confirmation (cost is approx. $1.95) to ensure that the package is delivered to ME and not to someone else's mailbox which has happened once or twice.  Refunds are issued through your Paypal account, minus the return shipping cost(s).   Please make sure your mailing/contact information on your Paypal account is correct.  I will can not be held financially responsible for packages sent to another address other than the Paypal address on your account.

No Refunds:  Custom orders, damaged orders that were not insured, items listed as "misfits/orphans/flawed/blemished/as is", "free beads", or sale items.

For health reasons, earrings are also *not* returnable/refundable.

TRACKING INFORMATION & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:

After finalizing your payment transaction on my website, you will receive an email from Paypal (like the one below) as a receipt/proof of your purchase.  Please check your spam filter if you dont receive this notification from Paypal.

To find the tracking information for your package, simply look for the tracking number link at the top right-hand corner of your Paypal email (see example photo):

When you click on the transaction number link, it will take you to the Paypal website and your transaction page showing the details of your purchase at my website.  Scroll down the page until you get to part that says "Shipping Information #2".   This is the information which shows the details regarding the shipping of your package.  See where it says "Reference #: US Postal Service" and has a link?  Click the highlighted link as this will take you to the USPS website where it will provide you the tracking information of where your package at this moment. (See example photo below)
